2013 is set to be another vintage year for Le Clos; the award-winning, duty free Finest Wines and Luxury Spirits retailer, which has just opened its new 122-square-metre flagship store – the third Le Clos outlet – located on Concourse A inside Dubai International Airport’s Terminal 3.
Christchurch South Island presented the 2013 Best Of Wine Tourism awards on December 8 at a ceremony held during the New World Food and Wine Festival in Christchurch’s Hagley Park. The festival returned for a second year to celebrate the wineries of the South Island region, and their status as New Zealand's representative on the prestigious Great Wine Capitals Global Network. More than 9000 people attended the event.

The Great Wine Capitals, a network of cities located in or near leading wine producing regions that shares international best practices to advance standards in wine tourism across the world, announced the 2013 international ‘Best Of Wine Tourism’ award winners at a gala event on November 8 at the Palazzo Pitti in Florence, Italy. Leading wine and tourism professionals from around the world attended the event.
