Tasting: Barbera d’Alba

Deep and concentrated. Fruits are dark but in the background. Palate is flabby with little Barbera expression. Not enough fruit and not enough freshness.

Tasting: Barbera d’Alba

Dense bright blackberry. Full intense nose with notes of oak and plum and a hint of spice. Medium full intense and balanced with good acidity and some development of flavour.

Tasting: Barbera d’Alba

Inky-purple. Coffee and ink complement black fruit aromas. then savory and saline, with fresh acids lifting the dark berry flavours. Finishes almost tart, and long.
