Open, fleshy style with a subtle but attractive autolytic, bakery note. Bright acid. Fruit is still very green and crunchy, but there is some secondary development emerging too, giving a buttery character to the finish.

Lovely fine mousse which clings to the rim for ages. Full mid yellow gold.Apple puree and toast on the nose.Very fat textured palate, with baked apple flavours, and lots of weight. Soft acidity and maturing, butter and toast notes. Ready now

Odd tasting for a 100% Chardonnay. Wonder what was in the dosage? Some older wine perhaps? Dull on the nose and tastes tired on the palate. Slightly oxidized and finishes quite short.
