How To Enter the DWWA 2012
Enter the DWWA 2012 online at www.decanter.com/dwwa and save £10 per wine entered. Entering online is easy, just register to create an online account that you log into anytime between now and 1 March 2012 to edit your wine details and pay for your wine entries.
Alternatively, you can download the DWWA 2012 entry pack in one of the following languages:
Downloaded entry packs can be printed and handwritten or you can type directly into the PDF and save a copy. You must then print your entry form pages and send to the address below, along with payment by credit/debit card, cheque or bank transfer. Please note entries will not be accepted by fax or email.

Hello,
My name is Miroslav Grgi? and I want to enter wines from Kutjevo d.d., Croatia for Decanter 2012 by filling Croatian Entry Pack.
The problem is when I start to fill PDF form some fields and checkbox's can't be filled because for example in row Vrsta poduze?a/Type of company when i check Proizvo?a?/Producer all checkbox are filled. Or when the row Title is filled it fills row Phone number with same data, same goes for row Name and Row E-mail.
It seems that PDF form pages 2 and 3 of the Croatian Entry Pack have some bugs.
Hopefully you will fix it.
