Mark Cesareo was introduced to hospitality at a young age through his family and studied Hospitality Management at the Malta Institute of Tourism Studies before moving to the United Kingdom. He completed his WSET Diploma studies whilst leading the wine team at Oloroso restaurant in Edinburgh and then Orrery, London before being appointed as Assistant Head Sommelier in Marcus Wareing's 2 Michelin starred restaurant in Knightsbridge. He currently works at The Gilbert Scott and is preparing to take his Master Sommelier examination.
