Top French chef Alain Ducasse is set to launch a new London restaurant later this year, inside the capital's five-star Dorchester hotel.
Although the actual name of the new eatery remains a mystery, the restaurant will have a 70-person capacity with views over Hyde Park. A private salon is also planned.
Building work, said news agency AFP, would begin in the summer with launch set for September this year.
Ducasse, who was born in south west France, currently holds 14 Michelin stars worldwide – the largest number of stars held by any chef.
Spoon, the Ducasse restaurant in London's Sanderson hotel and part of a global chain including restaurants in St Tropez, the Mauritius and Hong Kong, closed on 5 February.
