Serena is my hero - participating in her 1990 champagne tasting for Decanter magazine in 2004 (having literally just stepped off the plane from Sydney, Australia) changed my life.
What a wonderful gift she has for communicating about wine in an intelligent but accessible manner. Cheers CJ :-)
