Judicious use of Cabernet brings blackcurrant and line to this blend, lovely length, intensity of fruit, balance. Some dusty tannins, mineral notes and red fruits, combined with elegant oak and a dry finish. A versatile and sophisticated wine; good with food or alone. Heady black fruits on the nose, spicy, velvety and chocolatey on the palate, with good length and freshness for all its concentration.
