Domaine Séguinot-Bordet, Chablis, Vaudésir Grand Cru, 2014

Tasted by: Christelle Guibert
Drinking Window: 2016 - 2025
This 16 hectare domaine has been passed down the generations since 1590, with Jean-François Bordet currently at the helm. This hand-crafted wine comes from 40 to 65 year old vines grown on the famous Kimmeridgian clay, offering aromas of green apple and iodine with subtle hints of honey. Complex and firm with a spinal cord of acidity backed up by a tight structure which will unwrap after a few years in the cellar.
