Domaine Bachey-Legros, Morgeot Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru 2014

Very rich, powerful nose showing a lot of oak but it's not too toasty so the fruit remains vivid. Very ripe palate but countered by high acidity – it's tangy and racy, not quite in balance but on its way. Vibrant fruit and good length.
