Grape Variety:Cabernet Sauvignon
Drink:2013 - 2022

Product:

Chateau Peyrabon, Haut-Médoc, Bordeaux, 2010

Producer:

Stephen Brook

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Rich toasty nose, quite voluptuous. Broad, lush, full-bodied, with impressive weight of fruit and ripe tannins. There’s sufficient acidity to lift the palate but it lacks a little verve and stylishness. Solid and structured. Quite good length.

Ronan Sayburn MS

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Soft open nose, red and black fruits, summer fruits compote, palate firm and generous with fresh acidity and full tannins.

Steven Spurrier

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Nicely concentrated black berry fruits nose showing good level of ripeness, quite lifted fruit on the palate, good vigour and length and will show well once it has absorbed some rather raw tannins.
