Stephen Brook

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Rather meaty black fruits nose. Plump, full-bodied, packed with ripe black fruits, chocolaty and spicy, has admirable vigour and persistence. Fine balance between weight of fruit and linearity. Long.

Ronan Sayburn MS

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Elegant nose, cigarbox and cassis, fine oak integration, classic graphite and gravelly earth on palate with blackberry and dark plums, rounded silky tannins and a long length.

Steven Spurrier

Tasting: Crus Bourgeois 2010

Richly extracted black fruits with coffee beans on the nose, good sweetness on the palate, full, ripe, smooth, nice level of acidity to freshen the finish, but overall a little sweet and already showing some maturity.
