A lip-smacking, crunchy, unoaked Cabernet Franc, full of raspberry compote, cranberry, pomegranate and pencil shavings. This organic domaine is now into its third generation of family ownership and has been run since 2003 by Jérôme Billard, whose 18 hectares of vines (including some Chenin Blanc) are on clay-limestone soils. Very classic and well made.
