Jane Anson gives an updated review two years on from the original en primeur tastings...
Deep and rich, packed full of damson, cassis, tobacco leaf, graphite. The tannins chew and gnaw away at the finish line but the fruit keeps up nicely. A touch surly right now, with just a point of bitterness on the finish, but this is a great quality wine from an estate that is benefitting from serious investment over recent years.

Original Bordeaux en primeur rating by Steven Spurrier:
Good density of cassis fruit, polished winemaking and good tannins. This is hugely improved.
