Domaine Coillot, Les Grasses Têtes, Marsannay, 2013

93
Tasted by: Christelle Guibert
Drinking Window: 2016 - 2020
Marsannay offers some of the best value-for-money red and should be on all restaurant wine lists as the go-to food friendly. This domaine is one to watch: Coillot’s style is quite classic but also very seductive – and it won’t break the bank either if you’re looking for a reliable case. Fruit-driven with some spice, and while the tannins are firm they’re well integrated. Very juicy, bright and elegant red fruit that’s already offering a lot of pleasure.
