Good Times, Bad Times

Grape Variety:Cabernet Sauvignon
Drink:2015 - 2035

Product:

World’s End, Good Times, Bad Times, Oakville, Napa Valley, 2009

Producer:

Stephen Brook

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Rich but rather tarry black fruits nose, quite savoury. Plump, full-bodied, has some swagger and earthiness, very tannic, lacks finesse. The acidity seems rather low and fails to refresh the palate. The finish is heavy-handed.

Yohann Jousselin MS

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Very ripe with notes of sweet blackcurrant, lots of black pepper and a touch of chocolate. The alcohol is generous. The wine will need time to show well.

David Motion

Tasting: Napa & Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon

Inky, deep, succulent fruit. Oak and tannins are definitely present, but the quality and intensity of the fruit can stand it. Needs time.
