Jürgen Hofmann, Appenheimer Spätburgunder 2015
A nice, light Pinot Noir from Germany that will be perfect drunk with meat dishes or cheese. Some subtle dried herb notes on the nose with some spice, while on the palate there is red cherry that evolves from lean to creamy and introduces some black cherry hints. There is a perfectly balancing acidity that persists through the finish.
