Suertes del Marqués, El Ciruelo Tinto 2013
Only 2,000 bottles are made of this foot-trodden Listán Negro, fermented with its stems and aged for one year in old barrels. It has excellent intensity and a slightly darker colour and character than many of the other reds in the range.
Lots of silky weight, the tannins creamy with a peppery minerality powering through. Fantastically pure and always elegant.

Listán Negro grapes were gently foot-trodden, giving berry fruits, lovely tannins and a classy mineral finish. Great purity and elegance; a fine Tenerife red.
