Three Choirs

Richard Hemming

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Peachy, rich, apricot – nicely juicy. Quite light, however – doesn’t seem to have the structure of Pinot Noir. Nevertheless, nicely balanced and very drinkable in a simple, fruity way.

Justin Howard-Sneyd

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Steely yellow with rapidly fading bubbles.. Faintly cheesy nose. Phenolic palate, and uninspiring fruit

Stephen Skelton

Tasting: UK Sparkling

Full ripe fruit on both nose and palate. 2009 style. Great middle and end to the palate and full finish. Good balance.
