Bright straw yellow. Deep penetrating aromas of winter melon peach yellow apple. Clean fresh sweetly spicy lovely wine with wonderful texture and depth. Long but with mounting bitterness.

Straw lemon. Fresh and zingy with greengage and herbs with a hint of sherbet. Subtle pineapple and sage flavours with some flesh and crisp acid. Mineral notes to finish. Creamy citrus flavours.

Fragrant with some floral notes, fresh and lively. Zesty, mineral and with a hint of breadiness. Lovely drop of wine and mercifully without oak! Very crisp acidity and very fresh.
