Post the original entry form with payment, sample label for each wine submitted and copy of your bank transfer to:

Must I pay Duty on samples?
All duty, carriage, clearance and taxes payable on wines must be prepaid by the submitter. All duty, carriage, and taxes must be prepaid on wines by the submitter. Wine cannot be accepted by Sensible Wine Services if the charges associated with shipping wine have not been paid. Please liaise with your courier or local shipper and they will advise how to complete the paperwork and process payments of any shipping costs.
Sensible Wine Services VAT number is 619 3804 30.
Sensible Wine Services do not have an excise number.

How many bottles of wine should I submit per entry?
4 bottles of each wine must be submitted per entry

How much does it cost and how do I pay?
Wines sent from within the UK: £88.85 per wine +VAT.
Wine sent from overseas: £103.70 per wine +VAT (US$156, €123)
VAT must be paid on all entries since the judging is taking place in the United Kingdom.
Payment may be taken by:

Cheque
Bank transfer
PLEASE NOTE: ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
