Where do I send my Entry form?


Post the original entry form with payment, sample label for each wine submitted and copy of your bank transfer to:

Must I pay Duty on samples?


All duty, carriage, clearance and taxes payable on wines must be prepaid by the submitter. If these charges are not paid the wine delivery will not be accepted by Sensible Wine Services and will result in your wine not entering the competition. If we have to re-invoice you the unpaid duties and taxes, you will be charged £20 per wine for administration costs.

4 bottles of each wine must be submitted per entry

How much does it cost and how do I pay?


Wines sent from within the UK: £98.00 per wine inc VAT.
Wine sent from overseas: £115.00 per wine inc VAT.
VAT must be paid on all entries since the judging is taking place in the United Kingdom.

Payment may be taken by:
Credit card
Cheque
Bank transfer

PLEASE NOTE: ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
