Another very mixed year, in which a few producers made very good wines. Martínez Bujanda made excellent wines, and El Coto, Salceda, Corráland Montecillo considered the vintage very good. Considering that a comfortable 10% (against an annual average of 7%) wines made Gran Reserva its no surprise that some of these are still drinking well (especially in magnum).
