What wine courses are available?

There are many wine courses available but how to decide which one?

If you are looking to get a recognised qualification that the wine trade recognises, the best thing is to study with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (www.wset.co.uk). They have courses worldwide from beginners level to the highly respected diploma.

Those looking to study to become a sommelier can take courses specific to the on-trade. Try the UK Sommelier Association or the grand sounding Court of Master Sommeliers.

Alternatively, you may just want to learn for fun and there are many courses available. Refer to the Wine Courses section of the website. And remember Decanter Education too!
