Dominated by the Semillon component, this dry white, once called white Burgundy, is a fruit salad blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Fresh sherbet lemon aromas with a herbal twist from the Sauvignon Blanc lead into a ripe, peachy fruitiness that’s soft and juicy with a mouthwateringly refreshing zing.
