Richard Da Silva's wines reflect his imposing and infectious personality. He sources grapes for his Suspect Series of varietal wines from a dozen vineyards around the Okanagan – this one from the Brar family in Penticton. After fermentation in stainless steel, it spends four weeks in US oak barrels, lending vanilla and smoky notes to the fresh but rich lemon and guava fruit palate. Juicy and exciting.
