From Vignobles Mongravey, this Cabernet Sauvignon-based blend sees fermentation and 15 months ageing in French oak, 60% new. It's rich and full bodied, packed with spiced bramble fruit, raspberry acidity and hints of leathery development adding complexity. It's drinking beautifully now but will age well for a few years yet.
