Georges Vesselle, run by brothers Eric and Bruno, only use fruit from their own vineyards, approximately 18 hectares from the grand cru village of Bouzy. The high quality Pinot Noir here gives a luscious, concentrated character, while 30 months spent on the lees lends developed autolytic flavours of biscuit and brioche, continuing through the finish.
