Jacques Tissot, Arbois Vin Jaune, Jura, France, 2010

92
Tasted by: Andrew Jefford
(at the Vin de Voile Symposium, Jura, 02 Feb 2018)
Drinking Window: 2018 - 2024
Mid-gold in colour with a warm, comforting, well-rounded nose that's sweetly expressed, though without great aromatic intricacy. It's ripe, rounded and tangy on the palate, with earthy, savoury, meat-stock flavours lending depth to the subdued orchard fruit.
