To look at this wine you could be forgiven for thinking it a pale rosé thanks to the copper tinge that comes from the skins.  There is much more depth here than in your average Pinot Grigio with apple and tangy citrus characters to the fore.  Clean and refreshing, this wine has a pleasant mouthfeel and plenty of minerality on the finish.
