Prosecco Superiore DOCG is a step up from basic Prosecco DOC, and this tasty example is easier to drink than it is to pour thanks to the mammoth three-litre jeroboam it comes in. It has a sweet, almost creamy, mouthfeel, with flavours of lemon zest, tangerine and pear. An ideal party wine.
