Bortolin Angelo is a family-owned winery founded in 1968 and now run by Bortolin's three children. This Prosecco is fruity and off-dry at first, however the acidity brings out a refreshing character. Flavours of pear and apple and a soft mousse make this an appealing Prosecco.
