A well-made Soave for an excellent price, ideal for a large ice bucket on the balcony, from organic Garganega grapes, hand picked from 30ha of vineyards at 200m-350m altitude around Castelcerino. Fine, ripe stone fruit and white flower notes with refreshing citris acidity aligned with a stony mineral quality. Soft and gentle but has the structure to age for a good few years yet.
