Drinking Window: 2018 - 2019
This has a very delicate salmon pink tinge to it. The palate is intense and round, with flavours of green apple, some gentle stone fruit and a touch of lemon. The acidity is good, but not as vibrant as the other two wines tasted from the estate. The finish is also a bit shorter and the alcohol a touch more prominent - in all, it's a punchier but less refined style that should appeal to more people and work well with a wider range of foods. Tank sample.
