Château Ksara, Réserve du Couvent, Bekaa Valley, 2014

Drinking Window: 2017 - 2019
Established in 1857, Ksara has the rather impressive title of Lebanon's oldest operational winery. An interesting nose of bramble fruits, smoked meat and a pleasant green note. Could do with a bite more concentration on the palate but really well put together with refreshing acidity keeping everything in its place.
