MB: This is a beautifully fresh, vibrant wine with a soft, savoury edge to it. Cooked peas, tomato leaf and ample gooseberry make this wine juicy and refreshing. BC: This wine is quite seamless, with a touch of sweet and sour character providing beautiful balance. Vibrant, with high energy. CD: This has a pure and pristine bouquet with a delicious, layered frame on the palate. Mineral, stony, fresh and pure flavours are bursting through. This is a lovely example of balance, length and complexity that will build over time.
