Bacalhôa, Tinta da Anfora, Alentejano 2013

Tasted by: Christelle Guibert
A blend of native Portuguese grapes with a hint of Cabernet Sauvignon, it’s aged in oak casks for 12 months. The mid-weight palate of ripe, spiced black fruit is elegant, concentrated and moreish, backed by sweet tannins and a lick of vanilla. A good partner for barbecued pork sausages.
