A blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Semillon from a warm vintage, this weighs in at a mouthfilling 13.7% ABV. The wine experienced some limited skin contact in rototanks to achieve greater extraction and fuller flavour and depth, while fermentation was in stainless steel. The result is a classy Graves-style white with touches of citrus, stone fruit, sherbet, honey and bruised pineapple. It has a lovely ripe texture and a salty, savoury finish.
