Crafted by the Sierra Salinas winery which largely specialises in indigenous grape varieties, this is mostly Monastrell with some Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet) and a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s spicy, light, juicy and with upfront primary fruit, delivering a refreshing glass of red.
