Silky, supple, medium-bodied, velvety, full of typical Rioja perfumes, with fine oak, ripe fruit. In the CVNE group – a modern barrel-shaped winery just inside the Alavesa boundary. 100% Tempranillo. Also look out for the 2006 Gran Reserva, which is just slightly more expensive.
