Ex-RAF pilot, Bon Lindo and his wife planted their first vines in 1989 in the heart of Cornwall and today the estate is run by the second generation of the family. Specialising in English grape varieties, Bacchus is descendant of Silvaner and Riesling crossing with Müller-Thurgau. A delightfully perfumed nose with notes of crisp apple and honeysuckle, underpinned by a spine of acidity. This is a great alternative to Sauvignon Blanc and it is crying out for some fresh seafood.
