History:

Château Cap de Mourlin, on the northern slopes of Saint-Emilion, is owned by the Capdemourlin family, winemakers in the area for over four centuries. Until recently, the property was rather disparate, divided between several family members, but in 1983 it was reunited by Jacques Capdemourlin, who also undertook extensive renovations to the winery. It has been a classed growth since the original classification in 1954/5.
