Pouilly-Fouissé is a sub-region of southern Burgundy, but unlike elsewhere in the region there's no hierarchy in the Chardonnays produced meaning quality is more focused on the reputation of the individual winemakes and their repsective plots. A selection of wine experts tasted 119 Pouilly-Fouissés, giving two wines a Decanter award and 20 wines four stars. See them all here...
