Chianti Classico Riserva 2007: panel tasting results

With 90% of wines recommended, you'd think our judges would be estatic. But criticisms arose about the presence of new oak, international varieties spoiling typicity, and the riserva category in general. Nevertheless, the judges remarked that there are some lovely wines with classic, elegant flavours and most ready to drink now - see all 27 four and five star wines here...
