Just opened a `96 Dom Perignon with my wife. Bought it 8 years ago for 50 pounds when the first, and cheapest tranche, hit Hong Kong. They had to sell it cheap to get the 2nd tranche !
Very biscuity, long aftertaste, fine slow mousse. Gorgeous. Happy Valentines Day to all.
