Firm nose of red fruit pastilles. A charming and drinkable, light, aromatic style with fine supporting tannins. Good flavoursome stuff with freshness and character. Nice substantial wine. 17.83pts/20

Discovered Borie La Vitarele a few years ago now, absolutely agree they are a real Languedoc star. More on them and many other Languedoc wineries on my "French Mediterranean Wine" blog:

Another great tasting result for this wine from Stephane Vedeau. Note that New Fine Wine now use the trading name Hawkshead Wines and their stocks are running down fast!
