Balsamic notes, chocolate, black cherry, berry fruit, tobacco, thyme and tar bouquet. Rustic, broad tannins framing sweet mid-palate fruit, with oak softening the acidity. Broad flavoured with good depth. Not typical but well balanced. 16.75pts/20
