I love Paolo Saracco's Moscato d'Asti. This vintage elegantly shows off a nose and palate of bosc pears, tart green apples, ripe peaches, and a touch of spices – all with a pleasantly light fizziness, and low alcohol. Paolo’s Moscato creation is perfect as an aperitivo while cooking and sipping before the main meal.
