Rias Baixas Albarino: panel tasting results
Nora, Rias Baixas, Galicia, 2011, Spain
Ferran Centelles: Really peachy on the nose with plenty of citrus such as grape fruit. Refreshing palate with salty sensations and a lot of citrus on the finish. Really food friendly wine. 15
John Radford: Very pale straw. Spicy, smoky fruit, hint of richness. Yes, good, big, warm fruit on the foretaste, nice savoury greengage mid, and a clean, fresh, lip-smacking finish. 18
Sarah Jane Evans MW: Very pale gold. Delicately floral aromatics of jasmine, red apple Palate is rich, oily; lacks delicate charm of nose or real Albariño freshness. Long finish. 15
