Rias Baixas Albarino: panel tasting results
Pazo San Mauro, Rias Baixas, Galicia, 2011, Spain
Ferran Centelles: Really easy to please, nice and well example of Albariño. Well made wine. Fruity and true of its origin. 16
John Radford: Pale straw hint of gold. Soft, golden, slightly 'honeyed'. Lovely rich foretaste, very fresh, crisp acidity on mid with good balance, but the finish somehow fades away. 16
Sarah Jane Evans MW: Lemon yellow colour. Fresh cut herb and lime zest aromas. Rich, slightly cloying palate, with notes of citrus, melon and pear, with a tight, stony finish. 14.5
Alc: 12.5%
Drink: 2012-2014
