Premier cru Chablis 2010: panel tasting results
Samuel Billaud, Mont de Milieu
Citrus, stone fruit and oak on the nose. It has lovely texture and mouthfeel, with ripe stone fruit and floral flavours melding with Chablis acidity and minerality on the finish. Subtle and complex, the oak helps to give the palate a lift. Impressive. 18.5pts/20
